Terms of use for company services

Introductory provisions

These Terms of Use of the services of Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o. Pula (hereinafter: Terms of Use) govern the relations between the company Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o., headquartered in Pula, Nobileova 20, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Pazin, registration number (MBS) 130039906, OIB: 25444746329, as the service provider, and the User of services, as defined by the further provisions of these Terms of Use.

All mutual relations between Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o. Pula as the Provider and the User that are not specifically regulated by these Terms of Use shall be governed by the provisions of the Law on Obligations, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016), and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

For the purpose of understanding and interpreting the provisions of these Terms of Use and their application, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

1. Definitions

(a) Terms – the terms of use of Plus Hosting Services.

(b) Agreement – a contract concluded between the User and the Provider for the provision of Services, of which these Terms form an integral part, regardless of the form in which it was concluded.

(c) Provider – refers to the "Plus Hosting" brand as part of Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o., Nobileova 20, 52100 Pula, Croatia, OIB: 25444746329.

(d) Plus Hosting – refers to the Provider

(e) Website – refers to the Provider's website at plus.hr

(f) Service – encompasses all services listed on the Provider's Website that the Provider offers to Users within its business activities;

(g) User – the owner of the service; any natural or legal person using the Provider's services, including natural persons who, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, have the status of a consumer.

(h) Rules – refers to the acceptable use rules set out in Article 5 of these Terms

(i) Content – any material, data, and information (including third-party material) that the User publishes, stores, or distributes using the Service

(j) Price List – the current price list of the Provider's services, as determined in Article 10 of these Terms of Use, publicly published on the Provider's website, acceptance of which the User confirms and accepts by concluding the agreement and accepting these Terms of Use.

(k) Guarantee – a 45-day money-back guarantee offered by the Provider for its shared hosting services. The guarantee does not cover other services such as domain registration, VPS, dedicated servers, Plus Expert services, SSL certificates, etc.

(l) Owner – the owner of the Service is deemed to be the person who owns the administrative email address from which the service was originally ordered;

(m) Administrative email address – the email address from which the order was originally placed on the Plus Hosting website,

(n) Order – a written request by the User to purchase a Service, created via the Provider's Website or by customer support,

(o) Service activation – service activation refers to the date on which the Service purchased by the User is activated,

(p) Service renewal offer – a written order for the renewal of a Service subscription sent automatically to the User. It may also be sent by customer support at the User's request.

(r) Data subject – a natural person, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016),

(s) Controller – a legal entity using the Provider's services; in certain cases, refers to the "Plus Hosting" brand as part of Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o., Nobileova 20, 52100 Pula, Croatia, OIB: 25444746329.

(t) Processor – the "Plus Hosting" brand as part of Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o., Nobileova 20, 52100 Pula, Croatia, OIB: 25444746329.
